Bellcom is an accredited member of
the Customer Contact Association (CCA), which is the global
professional body for contact centres. Bellcom's processes
and procedures were independently assessed to ensure compliance
with CCA Global Standards.

Bellcom has implemented the Investors In People framework.
Our business has been assessed and complies with IIP's three
fundamental principles: Plan, Do and Review. The board were
so impressed that they commented that the ethos of the IIP standard
had come alive.
Glasgow Chamber of Commerce is the
voice of Glasgow business with 2,000 members. Varry McMenemy,
Bellcom's Managing Director, is an Elected Director and Member of
the Board of Management and has a hands-on role in helping support
Glasgow's business.
Membership to SCDI
signifies Bellcom's intention to help strengthen Scotland's
economic prosperity. Membership further strenghtens Bellcom's
position as a smaller company, which has a big impact on the
business environment.
