David graduated in 2000 with a degree in Business Management and
Marketing. He then joined Bellcom in August 2006 bringing a
wealth of experience from a number of roles. These positions
involved sales, customer support and business information.
His first Bellcom role was as Campaign Manager. David had
responsibility for 50 agents and 3 team leaders. The team
worked on an EMEA wide business to consumer revenue generation
campaign for Dell.
David then became Sales Manager where he managed all of
Bellcom's business to consumer activity. He also managed a
number of business to business campaigns.
David became Operations Manager in early 2009. The role
has responsibility to oversee Bellcom's support function.
This includes HR, IT, Management Information, Facilities, Quality
and Learning & Development.
David is a strong advocate for organisational development.
He demonstrates excellent change management skills. David has
facilitated several organisational changes to improve operational
effectiveness. He is able to work through situations and
challenges, presenting and implementing well thought out and
workable solutions.
