Kevin graduated in 1997, with a degree in Accountancy. He
has worked in a number of organisations across several sectors,
including engineering, support services and sales.
Since moving back to Scotland 3 years ago, Kevin has been
Bellcom's Management Accountant. He is a CIMA qualified
professional who takes ownership of and responsibility for all
finance activity within Bellcom, including financial planning,
reporting and cash flow management.
While always delivering sound financial planning and controls,
Kevin has an excellent understanding of our industry and of
Bellcom's operational requirements. Kevin has worked to align
the finance function with wider business objectives, providing a
solid footing for the sales team to focus on delivering results for
our clients.
Working alongside Varry, Kevin has implemented a number of key
reports that give all managers within the business an in-depth
understanding of operating costs at company and team level, as well
as the revenue generated within each area. The information
that Kevin provides has lead to all managers within Bellcom (as
well as the sales teams) being acutely aware of the impact their
performance has on the profitability of Bellcom and our clients'
businesses.
