Michael joined Bellcom in April 2009 and has a wealth of
experience in all aspects of outsourcing.
Michael's most recent role was Business Solutions Consultant
with RESPONSE. Previous roles have included Head of UK Sales
with Dun & Bradstreet, Head of Sales at FST Technologies and
Head of advertising for Express Newspapers & OK! Magazine
Group.
Michael's focus over the last 5 years has been in contact centre
solutions and has worked with some of the UK's largest
organisations. This includes RBS, Hiscox, Samsung, Standard
Life & Abbey.
